Don’t let your baby ruin your car
Help & Advice, Product Focus December 23rd, 2011You could always make them get out and walk right? Of course not; however there are a number of products on the market today that can help you protect your car upholstery and also save you a lot of time on cleaning your child’s car seat in the event of an accident.
We’ve all been there when the child has wet themselves in their car seat, or even worse, directly onto the car’s upholstery! But now you can buy inexpensive car seat protectors. They’re not just designed for car seats; you can also put these directly onto the original upholstery to prevent accidents from older children too.
Cut down on time and expense
Valet services can cost a fortune and even of you choose to clean up your child’s mess by hand yourself; you’ve probably made it a whole lot worse and spent an awful long time doing it! There really is no need to endure this anymore, simply get a baby car sear protector and you won’t have to worry again. They are comfortable, many are easily machine washable and they are cheap enough for you to simply get another if they become badly soiled.
If you are putting your baby in their own safety car seat then consider getting a pad to put underneath before you put them in. Remember, even the best nappies leak sometimes, and you never know when this may be. It’s just as much trouble cleaning the car safety seat cover as it is attempting to clean your car’s upholstery sometimes.
Your baby’s comfort
Getting a piddle pad for your child’s car seat can also save on a lot of discomfort for your child too. If you’re a busy parent who is in and out all the time you may have to put a makeshift car seat cover on the seat, or even not bother at all because you haven’t had chance to put it in the washing machine. Getting a seat protector/pad will eliminate this.
