Shopping Basket & Checkout

How do I add an item to the shopping basket?

You can add to the shopping basket directly from the products detail page. Next to the main image of every product there is an "Add to Cart" button, which you can click on to add this item to your basket.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping basket?

Once you have clicked on the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your shopping basket, your item will appear on the top right of the page, under the basket icon.

How do I get to the checkout?

First go to the shopping basket icon at the top right of the page. Below the basket icon is a 'Checkout' button that leads you directly to the checkout.

How do I edit my items?

First locate the shopping basket icon on the top right of your screen then click on 'Edit Basket'.

How do I check the delivery cost on my items?

Click on 'Calculate Shipping' at anytime during your shopping trip. You can then type in your country and post code for the updated price.

Order Status

How do I know my order has been received?

Once an order is received our system will send you an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address that you entered during the site's secure checkout.

How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?

You can check the status of your order by clicking into the "View Orders" section in your account. Just log in and view any order. If shipping is via Courier you will receive a reference number to enable you to track the order on the courier's website

My order never arrived

Please contact Customer Services via the contact us page if your order has not been received within the time originally stated on your invoice/receipt.

An item is missing from my delivery

Please contact Customer Services without delay via the contact us page if your order is incomplete or incorrect.

When will my backorder arrive?

Your item will be dispatched as soon as we receive the product from our manufacturers. If the item is later than expected, please contact Customer Services via the contact us page.

My Account

How do I create an account?

Click on Login/Register link on the top right of the home page to register. You will be asked to either register or log in when you go to the checkout. Once you have created an account your address will be stored for easier ordering the next time.

I forgot my password

Click on Log In link on the top right of the page and then click on the Forgotten Your Password? link. Enter the email address that the account was created with and an e-mail will be sent to that e-mail address with the current password. Alternatively you can contact us to reset your password for you.

Do you ship to my country?

Very likely; we ship to a large number of countries, excluding USA and Africa.

Payment

What are my payment choices?

We accept Credit/Debit cards and PayPal online. We also accept Bank Transfer or Cheques by arrangement. Government Agencies and Local Authorities can obtain accounts; contact us for information.

If your invoice or receipt has not been received or you require a VAT Invoice, please contact Customer Services via the contact us page to have one sent directly to you.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card or PayPal account is charged immediately on purchase. We will not ship orders until full payment is received.

Why do you use an 0333 number?

0330 & 0333 numbers work in exactly the same way as other non geographic numbers, such as 0845 and 0800 numbers. The major difference is they cost the same to call as standard landline numbers, even from mobiles, thus saving you money over the usual 0845 and 0800 alternatives.
