
All customer orders will be delivered either by Royal Mail Standard or Courier signed for service.
If for any reason we are experiencing difficulties with your delivery, a member of customer service team will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
Important Delivery Information
When placing your order please note we offer an express service i.e. Your order will arrive the Next Working Day if ordered by 2.00pm. Alternatively, you can specify a working day delivery for up 28 days after the date of your order.
Our standard delivery is next working day. Orders received before 2pm will be despatched that working day, subject to the items being in stock. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following day for next working day delivery (UK Mainland only). Please note we do not deliver on Sundays or Boxing Day. Saturday morning deliveries can be pre-arranged at additional cost.
Orders received between 2.00pm on Friday and 2.00pm on Monday afternoon inclusive will be delivered on the Tuesday, except where the Monday is a bank holiday in which case they will be delivered on the Wednesday.
The courier can leave your parcel somewhere safe or with a neighbour if you give these instructions when you place your order. Please Note: If you would like the driver to leave your parcel with a neighbour a signature will be required. You are also welcome to give a different delivery address to the billing address to assist in delivering your order safely and successfully. If you wish to alter any of your delivery details after your order is placed, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team urgently, we will do our best to comply with your wishes. Additional charges will be incurred should you be unable to accept your delivery after 2 attempts by the courier.
United Kingdom (Mainland)
FREE next working day delivery when you spend more than £60* in a transaction (UK Mainland only excluding Off shore Islands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland - prices on request).
UK Offshore Deliveries
We are happy to ship to other locations such as Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man and would recommend that you contact our Customer Service Team to confirm the cost of the shipment for your order. We will try to minimise the cost of shipping your order by getting competitive quotes and have given the option to select £19.95 as a guide price only.
International Orders
If your credit or debit card is registered in a country outside the UK, we will be unable to verify your payment, therefore we would request that you pay either by direct bank deposit (e.g. Swift or IBAN) or using your Cirrus/Maestro card and your order will then be shipped when your payment has cleared our bank account. Please therefore allow a little extra time for this process to take effect. Delivery Times
BabySecurity.co.uk will confirm your order within a few minutes of receiving your approved transaction. Your products will be despatched that evening subject to being in stock.
City Link will deliver to domestic addresses between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Where the delivery address is clealy a commercial premises every attempt will be made to deliver during office hours. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful a card will be left requesting you to contact the number on the card to arrange a 2nd delivery which is convenient for you. Please Note: It is usually more efficient to for you to arrange the 2nd delivery directly with the courier.
Only 2 deliveries will be attempted. If both delivery attempts are missed you will need to contact our Customer Service team on 05602 055972 to arrange a 3rd delivery at additional cost. Most 3rd deliveries will cost £7.50,
We are working hard to keep delivery charges as low as possible. In fact, we believe our delivery charges to be the fairest of all suppliers in our industry and for orders less than £60 they reflect the cost of picking, packing and shipping. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for items sent by Royal Mail.
