To return an item to us please follow the following 5 easy steps.
1. Email us at info@babysecurity.co.uk
2. Wait for a member of our Customer Services team to get back to you with a Returns Authorisation Number.
3. Print and fill out the Returns Label from the link above.
4. Pack the item(s) carefully making sure all manuals and power leads and accessories are included . All products must be returned to us in your own outer packaging. Under no circumstances should the individual product(s) or box(s) be written on, marked or labeled.
5. Send it back by your chosen method or we can arrange courier collection at additional cost
We do not accept returns without a R.A.N. (Returns Authorisation Number).
I don't want my purchase - Refunds
First 7 Days after receipt - Our 7 day returns guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund of the product value. We will not refund any shipping cost you paid.
I don't want my purchase - Exchanges
Up to 28 days after receipt – Within 28 days we will also take products back in exchange for other products of similar or greater value. The products must be returned in as new condition and the cost of shipping will be your responsibility. Please note this is an exchange policy and cash refunds will not be given. Please also note that an administration fee of £3.95 will apply when returning goods for exchange outside of the 7 day refund period. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.
Procedure. We will send you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) which you must include in your returned package. For your convenience we have produced a simple label with our returns address on which you should print and enclose within the package. We will only refund the cost of transit/postage where the return resulted from faulty goods or an error on our part. If you return a faulty item using your own carrier we will only be able to refund a reasonable amount.
My product is faulty
We will exchange repair or refund a product which develops a defect during the first 28 days. After 28 days and within its warranty period, we will arrange for a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. We will send you a RAN number which you should include on your returned package. For your convenience we have produced a simple label with our returns address label which you should print and enclose within the package.
Where good are claimed to be faulty as a reason for return but are found not to be faulty when tested – we will send them back to you at your expense.
Guarantee
Electrical products purchased from BabySecurity.co.uk are covered by a minimum of a 6 months guarantee or as per the manufacturer’s warranty. Other products including, gates, guards, locks and latches are covered by a 6 month guarantee. You must ensure returned goods are suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit and we will not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please Note: We cannot accept returned without a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
