PRINT RETURNS LABEL

To return an item to us please follow the following 4 easy steps.

Please NOTE we do NOT accept any returns without a Returns Authorisation Number [RAN].

1. Email us at info@babysecurity.co.uk
2. Wait for a member of our Customer Services team to get back to you.
3. Print and fill out the Returns Label above.
4. Send it back or if applicable get it collected.

I don't want my purchase

Our 7 day returns guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund of the products value. The products nust be returned in new condition. 

All products are shipped via Courier or Royal Mail, they never refund shipping costs therefore we must recover those cost from you.  If the product was delivered free we will deduct our original shipping cost.  Returns outside the 7day period will be subject to a £2.95 processing fee (This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.) 

We will send you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) which you must include on your returned package.  For your convenience we have produced a simple label with our returns address on which you should print and affix to the package, (please find above). We will only refund the cost of transit/postage where the return resulted from faulty goods or an error on our part.

We will not refund carriage value greater than you would have paid if we arranged collection.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.

My product is faulty

We will exchange or refund a product which develops a defect during the first 28 days. After 28 days and within its warranty period, we will arrange for a repair or replacement.

We will send you a RAN number within 24 Hours of your agreed request which you should include on your returned package.  For your convenience we have produced a simple label with our returns address on which you should print and affix to the package (please find above).

All electrical products purchased from BabySecurity.co.uk are covered by a minimum of a 1 year guarantee.  All other products including, gates, guards, locks and latches purchased from BabySecurity.co.uk are covered by a 6 month guarantee. You must ensure returned goods are suitably packaged to avoid in transit damage.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We suggest sending parcels via Royal Mail or other secure delivery service as we cannot be responsible for lost items.  A maximum of £5.95 will be refunded to you towards the cost of returning your item and we will require a receipt.
