My story briefly is that last weekend my husband and i went looking for a safety gate - we live in a very old house and have a very large stair case and the width is large - we went to Toys R us and they push a gate on us - saying it would fit 110cm in length - but no - so we returned it.... attitude was unreal by the staff! - We then went to Mothercare - no help - no idea on what they actually sold - they said they would call me with answer's on Monday - still waiting for a call - so Sunday evening looked on the web-site - saw yours - made a call - spoke to a new girl - name suzanne - she confered with a collegue my questions - very helpful indeed - and then i decided to buy on-line - and your package was delivered 24hrs later - Fabulous!!!....
