Delivery Tariffs at Babysecurity

UK customer orders will be delivered either by road courier ("signed for" service) or Royal Mail for smaller items.

Spend over £50 and get FREE delivery to your UK mainland address (conditions apply; see below).

There are certain areas in the UK that do not fall under the next day delivery and we must have 2 -3 working days for delivery. These areas are the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands (please see below for exact post codes).

International Orders are shipped by road or air for delivery in 2 to 6 days. See tariffs below.

When Will UK Mainland Courier Delivery Arrive?

Note: BabySecurity.co.uk pay for a UK Express Courier service, or First Class Post. The Courier Delivery Schedule works as follows (excluding Bank Holidays and weekend days). Delivery will be ANYTIME between 8.00am & 6.00pm. Please choose EXPEDITED Delivery options if you require delivery before Noon.

• Orders by 4.00pm Tuesday delivered next day Wednesday
• Orders by 4.00pm Wednesday Delivered next day Thursday
• Orders by 4.00pm Thursday delivered next day Friday
• Orders by 4.00pm Friday delivered following Monday
• Orders Friday Eve to Monday Afternoon delivered Tuesday

BabySecurity pay DPD for 2 courier delivery attempts; this means if you are not available the first time the delivery driver will make a further attempt either that day or perhaps the following day. You will be left a card advising you the driver was unable to effect delivery and giving you a telephone number to call to arrange the second delivery or personal collection from the local depot. Please remember to take Identification with you to the DPD depot.

The courier service is signed for, and if you are unavailable to sign for your parcel the courier will leave it with a neighbour, whose details will be noted on a card posted in your letterbox. Please Note: if nobody at your address is available to sign for your parcel, it may be safely left with a neighbour; if you do NOT wish for your parcel left with any neighbours, you MUST specify this in the "Order Instructions/Comments" box during checkout. The courier cannot and will not seek proof of identification from the person signing for your parcel(s) and neither will BabySecurity.

Free Shipping applies to UK mainland only and free delivery excludes all addresses “Over Water”, e.g. Ireland, Channel Isles, Scottish Isles. Please see Offshore delivery information below.

WE REGRET THAT WE CANNOT SHIP FREE TO THESE POSTCODES: IV3-IV40, IV52, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40 or PH50. The Delivery charge for these postcodes is £12.99.

All Special & Timed Deliveries are changed to us and customers on a Per Parcel basis

N.B.: These are standard charges for all orders and may not represent the charges we incur for shipping the product. All prices are subject to change.

Failed Delivery Charges

Following 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier your order will be returned to our warehouse. The courier will charge £7.50 for doing so and the cost will be passed on to you and you will be charged for a 3rd Delivery. It is important therefore that you make arrangements to receive either of the first 2 deliveries.

Offshore Deliveries

We are happy to ship to other UK and British Isles locations such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, I.O.M. for £24.99.

International & Europe Shipping Service - Air Courier

We will ship by air to a large number of International destinations (not USA or Africa) subject to your payment being accepted our secure payment gateway. You may also pay by IBAN, Swift or PayPal. In all cases the delivery charges quoted are estimates and we will confirm the actual cost following a specific quote for your order.

Europe & International Shipping Service – Road Courier

In addition to our high speed Air Courier Service (2-3 working days) BabySecurity also offer the following special International Tariffs for Road Courier with delivery in 2-7 days.

These Insured tariffs are based on one single parcel (#1) Weight up to 30.0kg.

Consignments of 2 parcels double the quoted charge. UK VAT included if applicable.

*Special Note for Norway Customers: Due to special rules regarding imports by road you must add your VAT or PIN (ID-nummer) in the note section on the order page.

Return of Internationally Shipped Goods

International Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning products to the Babysecurity UK Distribution Centre, regardless of circumstances. You are also liable for any Import Duties imposed by your Country's Customs Officers.

If you are not prepared to accept the costs of returning items from abroad, please do not place international orders.

We will ship only brand new boxed products which will be suitably wrapped/packed for the journey.
