Important Product Delivery Information

UK customer orders will be delivered either by road Courier (signed for service) or Royal Mail for smaller items.

International Orders are shipped by road or air for delivery in 2 to 6 days. See Tarrifs below.

When Will UK Mainland Courier Delivery Arrive?

Note: BabySecurity.co.uk pay for a UK Express Courier service, or First Class Post. The Courier Delivery Schedule works as follows (excluding Bank Holidays and weekend days). Delivery will be ANYTIME between 8.00am & 6.00pm. Please select EXPRESS Delivery if you require delivery before Noon: 

• Orders by 4.00pm Monday delivered next day Tuesday
• Orders by 4.00pm Tuesday delivered next day Wednesday
• Orders by 4.00pm Wednesday Delivered next day Thursday 
• Orders by 4.00pm Thursday delivered next day Friday
• Orders by 4.00pm Friday delivered following Monday
• Orders Friday Eve to Monday Afternoon delivered Tuesday

BabySecurity.co.uk pay Citylink for 2 courier delivery attempts; this means if you are not available the first time the delivery driver will make a further attempt either that day or perhaps the following day. You will be left a cdeard advising you the driver was unable to effect delivery and giving you a telephone number to call to arrange the second delivery or personal collection from the local depot. Please remember to take Identification with you to the Citylink depot.

The courier service is signed for, yet they can leave your parcel with a neighbour if you give these specific instructions when you place your order; again, a signature will be required. Please Note: If you do not want your parcel left with any neighbours you must specify those instructions on you order. The courier cannot and will not seek proof of Identification from the person signing for your parcel and neither will BabySecurity.co.uk.

Free Shipping applies to UK mainland only and free delivery excludes all addresses “Over Water” e.g. Ireland, Channel Isles, Scottish Isles. Please see Offshore delivery information below.

Important Notice: These are standard charges for all orders and may not represent the charges we incur for shipping the product.

Failed Delivery Charges

Following 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier your order will be returned to our warehouse. The courier will charge £7.50 for doing so and the cost will be passed on to you and you will be charged for a 3rd Delivery. It is important therefore that you make arrangements to receive either of the first 2 deliveries.

Offshore Deliveries

We are happy to ship to other UK locations such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, I.O.M. and Isle of Wight. Approximate delivery costs are offered at the checkout and the actual cost will be confirmed once we have obtained quotations for your specific requirements.

International & Europe Shipping Service - Air Courier

We will ship by Air to a large number of International destinations (not USA or Africa) subject to your payment being accepted our secure payment gateway. You may also pay by IBAN Swift, or PayPal. In all cases the delivery charges quoted are estimates and we will confirm the actual cost following a specific quote for your order.

Due to the low cost of these tariffs, we cannot accept the cost of product returns. Please do not use this service if you do not agree to this.
