Hi, I just wanted to thank you for delivering our new baby monitor the day after we ordered it as promised. I was really impressed with all aspects of your service, especially the email stating the 1 hour slot that the monitor would be delivered, and will recommend you to all my friends and family!

The monitor is fantastic, it does everything we were looking for.

The customer support was excellent. I was worried to notice that I have paid for a baby monitor twice. I paid through pay-pal and was already in the process of trying to contact them as to how I could be refunded.

The customer support of Babysecurity called as they suspected that the transaction could have been an error and immediately resolved the issue. I was charge as required and the refund was made. The purchased item came in good time also. I will recommend the on-line shop to prospective shoppers.

I ordered a Goscam Baby Monitor and a Summer Bed Guard.

The monitor exceeds my expectations and the bed guard serves its purpose. I would have preferred a picture of the finished unit (the bedguard) to help in its assembly but it is easy enough. Only one negative in that the bedguard sleeve’s zip came off though after it was fit in place so it’s no real problem.

The monitor’s video and audio is really good and the control of the cam via the remote is incredible.

I will certainly recommend your site and will be using it again as and when my kids produce further grandchildren.

On my order confirmation you asked for views on the service so far … so here is my view …

The website is one of the best I have ever used, and I use an awful lot. I actually have developed many a website so I think I know what I’m on about.

The products are described well, prices are competitive and general information excellent and I love the opportunity to leave a message for the courier. Its always a worry when waiting for the arrival of a product.

Can’t wait to write my views once the order has been received on Saturday, also my reviews of the products I have ordered.

 To be honest I didn't expect it to arrive so quickly, 2 days to France it says on your delivery page, most of the time if I order anything from the UK it usually takes a couple of days longer than they say on their website. I ordered it Wednesday lunchtime, and it was here at 8am Friday morning! Fantastic

I have received the Respisense Baby Breathing Effort Monitor just now and I am very pleased. Thank you for being so prompt and professional. I wish all firms could be like yours and I hope to purchase again from you in the future.

Have just told a friend who has had a baby about it and I am going to show her it this afternoon. She had never heard about it which is such a shame because they give so much peace of mind and are much more convenient for use in prams and car seats and on trips etc., than the large ones used in cots.

With regards to the above I felt I should email and say how pleased I am with it, it arrived 8.30am today, excellent service and swift correspondence with all involved your end, its definitely going to serve its purpose as the one we had previous is now too short as one of our dogs (a jack russell pup) can jump over it, but he cant with this one so we havent got to worry about anything coming through the door as he cant get to it and rip it up, can't believe the size of the gate...super what more can I say, will definitely use you guys again should the need arise.

I just had to let you know I think your company deserves a reward for your outstanding service and great products. I am 75 years old ordered the Pan & Tilt Roomview Baby Monitor system. I was very impressed with the courtesy and knowledge of the telesales staff and even more impressed when monitor arrived the next day well packaged and ready to use.

I am actually using the Baby Monitor to keep an eye on my car parked outside my home in London, it works a treat was easy to set up, good pictures and the Pan & Tilt is amazing. I know a thing or two about electronics having been an engineer and for what this monitor does the price is cheap. My story briefly is that last weekend my husband and i went looking for a safety gate - we live in a very old house and have a very large stair case and the width is large - we went to Toys R us and they push a gate on us - saying it would fit 110cm in length - but no - so we returned it.... attitude was unreal by the staff! - We then went to Mothercare - no help - no idea on what they actually sold - they said they would call me with answer's on Monday - still waiting for a call - so Sunday evening looked on the web-site - saw yours - made a call - spoke to a new girl - name suzanne - she confered with a collegue my questions - very helpful indeed - and then i decided to buy on-line - and your package was delivered 24hrs later - Fabulous!!!....

It would be a nicer world if people made an effort once in a while to compliment people / companies etc - it takes and costs nothing...

WOW - what can I say! from start to finish the experience of shopping with you has been fantastic. The product I ordered appears to be very difficult to find as it is so new therefore I telephoned prior to ordering (a plus point immediately to find a telephone number in the age of internet shopping). The lady I spoke to was polite knowledgeable and more to the point accurate. The item was in stock and she kindly informed me that if I ordered prior to 14:00 it would be dispatched that very day. By now it was 13:35. I duly ordered the item and low and behold at 07:20 this morning City Link rang the Bell!!! At 08:15 my new 1 week old baby was sucking happily on a bottle warmed by her new Avent warmer. Thank you so much - and please rest assured I will recommend you to all that I know!

PS - You should know that prior to ordering this my wife had telephoned our local "ToysRus" 20 miles and 40 mins drive away from us, only to be told that yes they had it in stock and they would reserve 1. I arrived to find that they did NOT and they had not felt fit to inform us, and indeed the first 2 people I spoke to stated they did not even sell Avent products!! - Enough said - if you sell it and I need it - then I will buy it.

Thank you for all your help with the BabyDan Oven Lock on Friday – it arrived on Saturday morning! It is already fitted and works perfectly. We haven’t had the oven on yet – but it has done the trick (much to my daughter's frustration). It could be used in many ways and we would be interested in more if possible! It is more secure than the other self adhesive (clear plastic) multi purpose locks which our little one I not far off having the strength to open!!
