This is an incredibly easy to install stair gate that looks nice and is not heavy at all. It only took me minutes to put it up and fix it to the walls. The holes it makes in the wall are tiny, so it will be no problem to cover them up when we are moving (we are renting). Works well and is sturdy - the kids have already put it to the test. Plus - it has no step-over bar, which, I think, is a big advantage when installing the gate to the stairs (upstairs and downstairs). Really easy to open with one hand.

I thought this was a pressure fitted gate but it came with so many screws that I don' t think it can be. Will probably not install it. Was probably my mistake. The extening function would have been useful though.
