BabyDan Inward Window Lock. If you have continental, inward-opening windows then this is the lock for you. The fitting should be assembled approx 50-150mm from the window's closing side. The framehold's opening should be faced to the hinge side. The cones in the frame's opening should be placed in the middle of the rods wedge.
When Babydan window lock is fitted correctly it allows the window to be opened up to 100mm.
The BabyDan Inward Window Lock is suitable for right and left hand opening windows. The lock is screw fitting only and does not come with adhesive pads.

Is a little lightweight, I thought it would be much sturdier. However will work for a short term solution!

As we live in a 5th floor apartment with lots of indoor opening windows and a sheer drop all round to the street, i have bought several window locks and found them either too weak or too easy to figure out. This lock is the first one that I would trust, our child could never in a million years open this, it's even hard for an adult. Which is exactly what a window lock should be.
Pros: Would be impossible for a child to open
Cons: Instructions poor
