My initial order colour choice was out of stock, I received and e-mail offering alternative colours aqnd selected one and was advised it would be delivered next day. It was!
Sadly it was the wrong size but mistakes can happen in the best of companies, it is how yo9u respond to these that makes the difference.
I rang to explain, the young lady said she would investigate and call me back - she did 15 mins later. A next day 'swapit' service was arranged and next day all sorted. Terrific service.
It is alos worth observed that the carrier - DPD - has a web site that advised when delivery would be made in 1 hour slots. Again fantastic.
In summary, highly delighted with service - and the product is great as well :-)

Great travel cot/uv centre.
Easy to fold and so light compared to other travel cots around.
We plan to use this on the beach as well, and the mosquito net comes in very handy.
Service was great- the choice of colour was out of stock for a while and was promptly contacted to ask if I would prefer another colour (which I did) and it was shipped the same day! Keep up the great work, BabySecurity.

Very easy to set up- it just pops open and the mattress inflates then fits into a zipped pouch underneath the tent. My 6 month old has started having naps in it before we take it on holiday and sleeps well in it. I think the mattress and mat provide a comfortable sleep place- just as good as a traditional travel cot from my research going around shops and feeling the sleep surface!

Tent was purchased as a travel cot. Not had much opportunity to try it out fully but it appears to be as described. The side flaps could be mad better if they were able to be secured closed as I can imagine that when used outside they will blow about in the breeze!

This was bought as a replacement for the same product which we stupidly lent to friends and have never seen since. This is used by us as a travel cot as it folds up very compactly and weighs very little so can easily be put in a suitcase. It goes up and is ready to use in no time at all. The mesh sides are brilliant for keeping out flies in warmer countries.
