Product Description

Tommee Tippee SureSound Ultimate Baby Monitor with pad offers peace of mind by monitoring sound, room temperature and movement at the same time.  An alarm sounds after 20 seconds if the sensor pad detects no movement from the baby and the audio function will alert you to sound coming from your baby.  Tommee Tippee Suresound Ultimate Baby Monitor cuts out the requirement for 2 different baby monitors.  This baby monitor can also be used on slatted base beds

ASC (Automatic Channel Selector) ACS is a completely new, patented technology exclusive to Tommee Tippee. It allows you to select the channel on the baby unit, and the parent unit automatically changes to the same channel. Now has 5 channels to reduce intereference.

PLL (Phase Lock Loop) PLL is a feature which means that once the baby unit is tuned to a particular frequency, it stays locked there. Monoitors without PLL can suffer from 'frequency drift' especially in varying temperature conditions.

The sensor pad is great for reassurance, the temperature sensor seems to be inaccurate and several degrees out at times and there is interference on the parent unit most of the time.
I don't think it lives up to expectation, certainly wouldn't buy another
